About ORUS
Is ORUS a Transport Management System (TMS)?
No. ORUS doesn’t handle routes or fleets. It’s a logistics communication platform that integrates seamlessly with your TMS or ERP.
What kinds of companies is ORUS built for?
It’s designed for road transport companies that handle shipments and whose traffic teams stay in touch with clients and exporters.
Who can access the platform?
Access is limited to authorized users—shipper, client, and carrier. Each sees only the information relevant to them.
Tracking and visibility
Can I see the truck’s location?
No. ORUS doesn’t offer GPS tracking, but it does provide real-time visibility of order status, key events, and estimated arrival time.
Can clients access their orders without calling?
Yes. ORUS provides clients with direct access to their orders and automatic notifications—no phone calls needed.
Data security and privacy
Is it secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted and access is controlled by roles. ORUS applies the principle of least privilege and is fully GDPR compliant.
Do my clients or carriers have access to sensitive data?
No. Each user only has access to the information they need. Carriers don’t see client data, and clients don’t see carrier data.
Plans & Pricing
What is an active subscription?
An active subscription refers to a truck that has carried out at least one shipment in the month. You only pay for the vehicles that are truly in use.
Are some features limited depending on the plan?
