This legal notice governs the use of the Internet portal service “https://oruslogistics.es” which VIRGIN MARKET SLU (hereinafter, VIRGIN MARKET, with registered office at Camino de Adra nº5, 04700 El Ejido, Almería, Spain; Tax ID B72458227, registered in the Commercial Registry of Almería, Volume 2216, Folio 213, Sheet AL 55400, Entry 1) makes available to Internet users.

Terms of Use

Users agree not to use the content made available on the portal—including, without limitation, text, photographs, graphics, images, icons, technology, software, links, and other audiovisual or sound content, as well as its graphic design and source code—in ways contrary to the law, in particular the Revised Text of the Intellectual Property Law approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/1996 of April 12, as well as morality, generally accepted good practices, and public order. In particular, users agree to refrain from reproducing, copying, distributing, making available, or otherwise publicly communicating, transforming, or modifying the aforementioned content.

Users shall refrain from any conduct when using the portal that infringes upon the intellectual or industrial property rights of VIRGIN MARKET or third parties, or that violates or infringes upon the honor, personal or family privacy, or image of third parties, or that is unlawful or contrary to morality, holding VIRGIN MARKET harmless in any case from any judicial or extrajudicial claims arising from such use.

Intellectual and Industrial Property

The content is the intellectual property of VIRGIN MARKET, and no exploitation rights over said content existing or that may exist are transferred to the user beyond what is strictly necessary for the correct use of the portal.

Users acknowledge that reproduction, modification, distribution, commercialization, decompilation, disassembly, use of reverse engineering techniques, or any other means to obtain the portal’s source code, transformation, or publication of any results constitutes an infringement of intellectual property rights. Consequently, users expressly undertake not to perform any of the aforementioned actions.

VIRGIN MARKET undertakes to comply with current regulations on personal data protection. Personal data provided by users through the portal will be processed in accordance with the provisions of our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of Liability

VIRGIN MARKET shall not be held responsible for the improper functioning of the portal when due to maintenance work, incidents beyond the company’s control, incorrect configuration of users’ equipment, or insufficient capacity of users’ systems to support the essential computer systems required for use of the service.

VIRGIN MARKET shall not be liable for any damages of any kind that may arise from the presence of viruses or other elements that may cause alterations to users’ computer systems, electronic documents, or files.

Use of Hyperlinks

Users and, in general, anyone who intends to establish a hyperlink to the VIRGIN MARKET portal must comply with the following conditions:

• The hyperlink will only allow access to the homepage of the portal and shall not reproduce it in any way.
• No frames shall be created over the portal’s web pages.
• No false, inaccurate, or incorrect statements about VIRGIN MARKET shall be made.

The establishment of a hyperlink does not in any case imply the existence of a relationship between VIRGIN MARKET and the owner of the website on which it is established, nor the acceptance or approval by VIRGIN MARKET of its content or services.

Modifications

VIRGIN MARKET reserves the right to make, without prior notice, any modifications it deems appropriate to its portal, including changing, deleting, or adding content and services provided through it, as well as the way in which they are presented or located.

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

The use of the portal is governed by Spanish law. For any dispute that may arise in relation to the use of the portal, both VIRGIN MARKET and the users, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction to which they may be entitled, submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Almería.
