B2B Scope.<\/b> The service is primarily aimed at <\/span>transport companies and professionals<\/b> (the \u201c<\/span>CLIENT<\/b>\u201d). By registering, creating an account, or using the platform, <\/span>you declare that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions<\/b> by <\/span>checking the box (\u201cI accept the Terms and Conditions\u201d)<\/b> and\/or through the <\/span>continued use<\/b> of the platform.<\/span><\/p>\n

1) Purpose of the Service<\/h2>\n

VIRGIN provides the CLIENT with access to and use of the ORUS LOGISTICS\u00ae<\/strong> application, which facilitates communication and shipment tracking between shipper and consignee during transport. This includes technical support during VIRGIN\u2019s business hours and updates. The application is an auxiliary tool and does not replace human work; the CLIENT must verify and supervise the results of its use.<\/p>\n

2) Accounts, Users, and Subscriptions<\/h2>\n

Each access is linked to a user\/email<\/strong>. The CLIENT shall indicate the required number of subscriptions<\/strong> (non-transferable). Shippers and consignees may access information related to their shipments. The shipper enters the data for each shipment, and the carrier records operational milestones (route start, ETA, incidents, documentation, etc.). The CLIENT is responsible for safeguarding credentials, maintaining basic cybersecurity measures (firewall, antivirus, access control), and reporting security incidents.<\/p>\n

3) Availability, Maintenance, and Support<\/h2>\n

The service is provided 24\/7\/365, with possible interruptions due to maintenance<\/strong>, updates, third-party incidents (telecommunications, network), or force majeure. VIRGIN will endeavor to carry these out outside business hours and notify in advance whenever possible (minimum notice of 48h<\/em> where feasible). Support<\/strong> is provided during VIRGIN\u2019s business hours<\/em> through the designated channels.<\/p>\n

4) Duration, Renewal, and No Commitment<\/h2>\n

The Contract enters into force when VIRGIN registers the CLIENT and the CLIENT activates their account. It has an automatic monthly renewal<\/strong> and no minimum commitment<\/strong>. To avoid renewal for the following month, the CLIENT must communicate termination at least one (1) month in advance<\/strong>. Termination will take effect at the end of the current billing period.<\/p>\n
